Booking FAQ's
What is the Booking Process?
Once the intake form is completed you will receive a price quote in your email. After that quote has been accepted we will then send over a contract to be completed followed by a payment link for the deposit to secure the day.
How much is required for the deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to secure your wedding day. The remaining 50% is due the day before your wedding.
How long to receive my deliverables?
The wedding video can take up to 3 months to deliver. Photos are typically delivered much quicker.
How do we pay you?
You have options. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Credit card payments will add on a 3.5% processing fee.
Will we meet in person before the wedding day?
We would LOVE to meet with you before the wedding day if you are interested in talking about your vision or any other details. However, it is not required. It's all up to you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We used Nathan for videography for our wedding and he captured us absolutely PERFECTLY. Before our day, we had a video consult, and I already knew that Nathan paid so great attention to detail and wanted to make sure that he captured us and important things for our day. On the day of, even though we were a little far from where he was located, he traveled and was able to meet us at my hair appointment early. He blended in so well with the wedding for the day - that was something that as a guest I always noted - and many of my guests said he blended right in and was not distracting, all while capturing those crucial shots. When we got our video back, I have to say it only reinforced our decision to get a videographer. It was so so perfect and flowed together so well. We can't stop watching it and sharing it with our family and friends. We recommend Handprint Media 100%! You will not regret going with them!

"I was admittedly on the fence about getting a videographer" I would give 10 stars if I could! Great experience overall - exceptional customer service, timely, and very easy to work with. To save the very best for last, our video turned out GREAT! I was admittedly on the fence about getting a videographer for our wedding, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions my wife and I could have made. They did a great job of capturing all of the highlights, they put it together in a well-organized and structured manner and it was very professionally done. I could not have asked for a better turnout. If you are debating whether to do a videographer or not (like I was) my recommendation is to do it. The day flies by way too fast and it's hard to remember a lot of it as you are so caught up in everything. Handprint Media helps you relive the best day of your life over and over and it honestly brought back so many memories that I otherwise would probably not have remembered or perhaps didn't even get a chance to see. We had the BEST time working with Nathan!
